📍 Map: Cities We've Covered
Tap a pin to jump straight to that city's guide.
Some of these are places I've lived or spent real time in — those are written in my own voice, from my own trips. The rest are guided from research and firsthand recommendations while I plan the trip myself, and I say so in every guide.
🌍 United States
Sober travel in the U.S. usually comes down to one question: what's the plan once dinner's over? These guides are built around that — neighborhoods, food, and things to do after dark that don't involve a bottle.

❓ FAQ
What kind of places make it into a guide?
Real activities — outdoor, museums, food, fitness. If it's built around drinking, it's not on the list, no matter how well-known it is.
How do you pick which cities to cover?
A mix of where I've actually lived or traveled, and requests from the community. If sober travelers keep asking about a place, it moves up the list.
Have these all been visited in person?
Some, yes — those are written in first person and say so directly. Others are researched and guided ahead of a trip I'm planning myself; I'm upfront about which is which in every guide.
Can I suggest a city?
Yes — tell us about it or drop a comment on any guide. If enough people are asking about the same place, it gets prioritized.
How often is this page updated?
Every time a new city guide goes live, it's added here first — usually a couple of times a week.
🌐 More Coming
Publishing new city guides every week. Next up: Nashville, Minneapolis, Denver, New York, Bangkok — and more added as they go live.
